Your First Day

Saint Thomas Health Services values each employee and for new hire associates, we have developed an inclusive orientation program that outlines our mission, vision, and values as an organization. This program is a two-day event that gives new associates the opportunity to meet members of our Senior Leadership Team, to engage in team building exercises with other new associates, and review the organizational programs that define Saint Thomas Health Services as the "employer of choice." For our clinical staff, we require additional hands-on training by continuing a clinical orientation for the rest of the week. Additional details about the Saint Thomas Health Services orientation program will be given to each new associate by Human Resources.
