`FT Days

Provides customer service for inquiries regarding patients.
Maintains communication between hospital department staff, physicians and family/visitors regarding patient status.
Triages patient and visitor inquiries via phone and/or in person.

High school diploma or equivalent.

One to two years experience preferred.
